In a nutshell
- He teaches Structural Retrofitting and Rehabilitation Techniques in the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Rome Tor Vergata;
- Member of fib TG1.4 Tunnels and fib SAG Sustainability-TG.SAG.2 Sustainable Concrete Structures.
- Since 2012 – Member of the Tunnelling Engineering Research Centre (TERC), University of Rome Tor Vergata. Engaged in research activities, full-scale experimental tests and technical–scientific consultancy in the field of tunnel engineering for national and international projects.
- Visiting PhD Student: University of Miami (Florida, USA, 2014-2015). Involved in the design and characterization of physical, mechanical, and durability properties of GFRP reinforcement for tunnel applications, upon invitation by Prof. Antonio Nanni (100th ACI President).
